To submit an abstract, you will need to set up an Oxford Abstracts account. You will then be able to log in to submit your abstract/s using the email address used and password.
Abstracts for oral presentations MUST be received no later than May 24 (this deadline also applies to confirmed plenary and invited speakers). It is intended that notifications will be emailed out on June 7, if not sent earlier. Abstract submissions for poster presentations will be open until mid-August.
Please note that there is a limit of ONE oral and ONE poster presentation per delegate. If you submit multiple oral presentations, the reviewers will make the decision as to which presentation will be the oral presentation.
Abstract titles are restricted to a maximum of 35 words and abstracts are restricted to a maximum of 300 words. One single self-contained image is permitted, no tables. The abstract with authors, affiliations and the image must be able to fit on one single page.
To submit the abstract you will also need:
- The names, affiliations (including city and country) for ALL authors.
- You will also be asked to choose a subject category which best describes your submission
- Condensed Phase/Materials/Nano
- A maximum 100 word biography for the PRESENTING author
In addition, you are encouraged to upload a high-resolution colour headshot photograph of the PRESENTING author (maximum 10 MB) to appear on the Abstract page.
Changes to your submission can be made up until 24 May or up until you receive an acceptance email (if received prior to 24 May). After that time, small modifications are possible; however large changes such as abstract title changes, presenting author changes and substantial abstract text changes will need to be approved first.
If you submit an abstract and are then no longer able to attend the conference, please advise us immediately by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Thank you, we look forward to welcoming you to APATCC 2019.
